ok hither you get its quite simple:
1.put water in a pot
2.put the post on the stove
3.wait for said water to come to a boil
four.put a tea handbag or ii into the boiling water
5.plough off the heat on the stove
vi.wait for the flavor of the tea to be dispersed into the water (the water will exist a med. dark to nighttime brownish)
7. add a sweetener of choice to the water
eight. put into cup
9. beverage
this may give the sensation similar to "smoking" tea without the black lung......so peradventure you lot should try it instead.
